Our roster of consultants are experienced financial services leaders across Digital Transformation, Marketing, Finance, Product and Payments who will augment your team on a fractional basis to help you accomplish your objectives. Our consultants have held roles at the executive level and have led large teams and also been individual contributors. Roles have included: Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), Chief Product Officer, Chief Digital Officer, Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) and EVP / SVP / VP / Sr. Director across various functional roles in financial services.

We are a 100% distributed remote consultancy, bringing together the best specialized talent from across Canada. We typically don’t deploy a team of consultants. There is a “prime” consultant based on your need and if the need arises they have access to other specialized consultants. Our belief is that it is far more effective for the “prime” Talent Bridge Consultant to do the work themselves or guide existing teams. As former senior leaders, our consultants augment existing teams and are more effective than a handful of tiered consultants or more junior staff.

Compensation for our value driven services … yes please! Our consultants typically work fractionally based on your need and charge per hour or per day. Talent Bridge only charges a one time nominal placement and the hourly rate is negotiated separately. Also, some of our consultants are open to hybrid means of compensation, including, but not limited to, equity or stock options or commission-based compensation. Didn't I mention, we’re not your typical consultancy?
