Why Talent Bridge Consultants?

I joined (and started) Talent Bridge Consultants Inc. as I found myself wanting more professional flexibility. Don't get be wrong, I'm busier than ever but as I'm in the process of assessing future permanent leadership roles with world class organizations, I believed that I could "fractionally" help financial service organizations solve problems and accomplish objectives with my unique experience. Plus, as I love adding value and being busy, my "honey do" list is nearing completion :)

Furthermore, in speaking with past colleagues, I found that a number of excellent leaders in financial services were also looking for professional flexibility. Some were burnt out and needed a change, others had resigned from a role, accepted early retirement or was impacted by cost cutting measures during this difficult macro-economic climate.

Most importantly, organizations are facing real challenges. Expectations are higher than even and work loads are increasing; however, it's not always possible (or allowed if there are hiring freezes) to find permanent talent to do the work or find the right talent at the right time. Sometimes, the idea needs to be proven out before permanent resources are assigned or acquired and flexibility is needed.

So, not only could I flex my consulting and entrepreneurial muscle while I'm in transition, but I could also help some truly wonderful humans and companies as they figure out what's next for them.
